Registration Materials

You may pick up your badge and other materials on Wednesday, July 29th from 5-7 pm outside of Edison E & F on the second floor. Registration materials will again be available on Thursday morning, July 30th.

Hotel Information

COPARC and the ACA Institute for Leadership Training will be held at the Westin Alexandria hotel, 400 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA 22314; phone 866/837-4210; fax 703/253-8625.

Travel Information

It is recommended that Reagan-National Airport (airport code: DCA) be utilized as your arrival/departure point. The airport is only 10-15 minutes away from downtown Alexandria, and approximately a $12 cab ride to the hotel. Metrorail subway service from the airport to Alexandria costs $1.35 (Blue or Yellow Metro line from National Airport to King Street) with a slight increase during rush hour. From the Metro, you can get a cab for no more than $6.00, or you can walk to the hotel (less than a mile). For details, please call the hotel directly.

Washington's Dulles International Airport (airport code: IAD) is approximately 45 minutes away from the hotel, approximately $35-40 cab ride. Ground transportation is located on the ground level near baggage claim.

Baltimore-Washington International Airport (airport code: BWI) is 60-90 minutes away from the hotel, and the cab ride is approximately $60. For information on Super Shuttle reservations, please call 800-BLUE VAN (258-3826).

Washington Weather

Though we have had a cooler than normal summer, Washington can be hot and humid. Bring an umbrella just in case. You may want to dress in layers for the meetings at the hotel as it can be cool with the air conditioning.
