I come to this position after spending 18 years as a fund development professional serving organizations such as; The Presbyterian Church (USA),The Salvation Army, The American Bible Society, The Medical Benevolence Foundation, Hospice, Kairos Prison Ministry, and The Waterman Communities Foundation. I have helped these organizations raise over $18 Million.

I hold a Doctor of Ministry degree (D. Min.) from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago; a Master's degree (M. Div.) from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary; and a B.A. from Salem University in West Virginia. I have been a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 1995.

For the first 13 years of my professional life I served three congregations of the Presbyterian Church (USA) as a pastor. Much of my ministry was spend in counseling and providing spiritual direction to many who were on a journey to deepen their understanding of themselves and God.

With my experience and background I feel well prepared to direct the fund development efforts for the ACA Foundation into the next decade. I look forward to meeting many of you in the future.
